- Thomas County. Fountain in the gardens at Greenwood Plantation. The home was designed by architect John Wind for Thomas Jones. Construction began in the late 1830s. Later owners have been the Van Duzer and Payne families. The fountain was later removed and placed in a formal garden out of the state.
