- Cuthbert, March 1909. Citizens inspect the damage caused by the tornado which struck Cuthbert March 9, 1909. This view is of the southeast corner of the square at the corner of Peachtree and Dawson Streets. At left is Bank of Randolph and next to it is a millinery shop. At far right is the building which housed Stanford's Drugstore and the dental office of Doctor W.J. Wade. Six people were killed and Cuthbert sustained severe property damage.
