- Cuthbert, March 1909. Citizens inspect the damage caused by the tornado which struck Cuthbert March 9, 1909. This view shows the southeast corner of the square and the extreme damage sustained by the business district. Seen are a bank, a millinery shop, and a store or warehouse for stoves and furniture. Six people were killed and the property damage was severe.
