- Cuthbert, ca. 1905. Andrew Jackson Moye (with white beard) and O.B. Hines (far right) stand in front of the new building completed by Hines, who was a builder for Mr. Moye. Mr. Moye planned to locate his dry goods store here. The location was Depot Street. Mr. Hines, a black man, was quite prominent in the community.
