- Dillard, 1974. Green beans in the process of being graded at the farmers market. Beans with rotten ends are culled so that the rest can be prepared for shipment. At left are Melvin Taylor and his son, Wesley. Mr. Taylor is known a the "Bean Man of Rabun."
