- Columbus, 1975. Home built by Richard Rose Goetchius in 1839 for his bride. Located at 204 11th St., its architecture shows New Orleans influence. In 1969, home purchased by businessman and moved to 405 Broadway where a restaurant, Goetchius House, now operates.
