- Columbus, Jan. 1975. Joseph House at 828 Broadway was built ca. 1842. Design began as Greek Revival Cottage. During Victorian Era, its square columns replaced with Victorian ones. Bought in 1867 by Isaac Joseph, a steamboat owner, it remained in the family until 1973 when it was bequeathed to Historic Columbus Foundation. Now occupied by law firm.
