- Atlanta (Fulton County), 1971-1975. Group poses for a photograph with Governor Jimmy Carter. Jimmie Moore, a county commissioner from Memphis, Tennessee, and his wife were visiting the Capitol. They wanted to have their photograph taken with Lieutenant Governor Lester Maddox. However, since he was not available, Governor Carter was asked to substitute. Left to right: Judge, Court of Appeals of Georgia, Randall Evans, Junior of Thomson; Mrs. Moore; Governor Carter; Mr. Moore.
