- Fulton County, ca. 1970. Judge Randall Evans, Junior in his judge's robe. Judge Evans, born in 1906, was from Thomson in McDuffie County. In addition to a law practice, he served in several political offices over the years. He served in the Georgia Senate and was Speaker of the House of Representatives. From 1969 until his retirement in 1976 he was a judge on the Court of Appeals of Georgia.
