- Thomson, ca. 1948. Randall Evans, Junior, born in 1906, seen in his law office. In addition to his law practice, Mr. Evans held several political offices. He served in the Georgia Senate and was Speaker of the House of Representatives. He served as a judge on the Court of Appeals of Georgia from 1969 until his retirement in 1976.
