- Dublin, 1911. Ogburn Buggy Company built by William Oscar Ogburn and located on East Madison Street. When Mr. Ogburn's original building burned in 1909, he rebuilt in 1910 on the same site. The structure was later used as a cotton gin and then converted to a cotton warehouse. Sign at far left warns customers, "If you can't pay, don't have it done."
