- Gainesville, ca. 1935. Federal Building located at the corner of Green and Spring Streets. The marble was laid during the week of June 27, 1934. This structure, which is said to have cost $250,000, housed the U.S. Courthouse and an addition to the U.S. Post Office. The structure seen in the background at the right was completed in 1910 and housed the U.S. Post Office.
2003/06/25: The Federal Building was registered as a Historic Place on January 24, 1974 by the National Register of Historic Places. - External Identifiers:
