- Gainesville, after 1910. Members of the senior class at Brenau College seen atop the Crow's Nest during Class Day ceremonies. The Crow's Nest was erected by the class of 1910 and dedicated to all future senior classes. Underclassmen were not to ascend it. Brenau College was founded in 1878 as the Georgia Baptist Female Seminary. Its name was changed in 1900.
2003/07/14: In 1992, Brenau College became Brenau University.
