- 1873. Frank Logan Asbury poses for a photograph in his cadet uniform. He was a student at the North Georgia Agricultural College located in Dahlonega in Lumpkin County. This handmade uniform is said to have been one of the first two uniforms issued at the college. Today the college is known as North Georgia College. Frank Logan Asbury's home was probably in Clarkesville in White County.
2003/06/18: North Georgia Agricultural College was established on January 6, 1873. In 1929, the school was renamed North Georgia College, the name under which it still exists. - External Identifiers:
