- Building used as the first Habersham County Courthouse. It was built in 1821 and located on Washington Street in Clarkesville.
2003/06/03: The courthouse, originally located in the town square, was moved to the side of the square in 1832. Here, it became a bank. The second Habersham County Courthouse was erected in its place.
