- Description:
- Greensboro, ca. 1870. "Paradise Hill," located on the corner of South and East Streets, was built ca. 1818 to 1820. It is thought that the home was built by Charles A. and Elizabeth Redd. The home had four entrances, three with columns. There was a porch across the back. The house was reportedly used as a hospital in 1865. Over the years a number of different families have lived in it.
