- Calhoun, May 29, 1939. Calhoun City Hall on the day it was dedicated. The mayor at that time was Jim Reeve. In 1976 the city hall moved into the building that had housed the U.S. Post Office in Calhoun located on North Wall Street. The building seen in this photograph was located on Piedmont Street. The fire department was housed in the part of the building at the left.
