- Calhoun, winter 1908. In the foreground is the fountain in Gentlemen's Park. The Rankin House, built in 1885 and located on Court Street, is in the background. The hotel may also have been known as the Haynes House. During World War II the fountain was melted down to assist in the war effort. A city parking lot has replaced the park.
