2003/06/02: Loew's Grand Theater was built in 1893 as DeGive's Grand Opera House. The movie Gone with the Wind premiered here in 1939. In 1978, the theater was gutted by fire. In 1982 Georgia Pacific built its headquarters upon the site. - External Identifiers:
