- Franklin County, ca. 1895. Coleman Loggins and Belle Orr in a buggy specially made in Gainesville, Georgia by the G. W. Walker Manufacturing Company at a cost of between $60 and $70. $60 of the cost was paid in gold. The buggy had a black body, plush cushions, a red running gear, and was nickel trimmed. The horse, named Tommy, is seen here with a harness made by Jim Hardy.
