- Lavonia, ca. 1898. Exterior of the Lavonia Roller Mill located in town on the railroad tracks. This grain mill was built by a farmer's co-op in 1898. The mill has changed owners several times from Tom McCallister and J. B. McBrayer, until 1932 when the mill was bought by Guy Mauldin, Sr. It is currently operated by Guy Mauldin, Jr.
