- "DeKalb County, ca. 1900. Ed Evans (probably seated) and his wife. His mill was across the road from the house. A Maid and child are seen in rear left. The mill produced liquor as well as ground grain. Ed Evans' home was on Evans Mill Road.
The photograph was taken by American View Company which was located at the corner of Church and Morgan Streets in Nashville, Tennessee, at the time that the photograph was taken."--from field notes - External Identifiers:
