- "Decatur, ca. 1910-1915. Avary-Fulton home, built in 1868 by Dr. James C. Avary. Bishop Atticus Haygood lived there after Dr. Avary's death. Colonel Montreville Corrigan Fulton bought house in 1888. His granddaughter, Sarah Fulton, lives there. Her brother, Thomas Napier Fulton, owns the house. Located at 205 S.
