- near Climax, 1940s. View of Curry Hill Plantation looking toward the southeast shows the wooden fence, the land, and the mule barn at left. The plantation is located six miles east of Bainbridge and two miles west of Climax. It was listed on the National Resgister of Historic Places in 1973, because it typified a historical South Georgia farm.
