- Description:
- Bainbridge, 1905. Wainman Hotel, located at the northwest corner of Broad and Shotwell Streets, was built by T.C. Wainman. Later, it was bought by J.W. Callahan, Sr. and became the Callahan Hotel. The top two stories burned in 1941. The hotel was rebuilt in the latter part of 1942 and became the Stephen Decatur Hotel.
