- Bainbridge, 1901. Decatur County Courthouse, located on the northeast corner of West and Water Streets, under construction. The courthouse was designed by Alexander Blair and built by Nicholas Ittner. The cornerstone was laid August 27, 1902. Here, the construction of the clock tower shows the interior structure of the column made up of bricks in a circle which have been covered with plaster.
