- "Florida, Aug. 1936. Marietta, though photo taken at Camp Foster between August 9-22, 1936. Company "M", 122nd Infantry Georgia National Guard. Their group became Battery E, 214th Coast Artillery Anticraft, Georgia National Guard. Mobilized November 25, 1940 and sent to Camp Stewart for a year training. Then sent overseas for active duty."--from field notes
