- This is the second building located on Marietta Street. It was built in 1914 and cost approximately $4,400.00 It seated three hundred fifty people. The stained glass windows were paid for and donated by individuals as memorials to members of their families. In 1915 we received $520.00 for the destruction of the first church by Major Platt of Sherman's Army.
