- Colquitt County, ca. 1919-1928. Culbertson School, located on the Quitman Highway, was consolidated with Evelyn, Troy, and Glendale Schools in 1921. The student body and teachers are posing in front of the school. Note school bus at far right. Later, this structure became "Green Oaks," a state-supported facility for the mentally retarded.
