- Moultrie, 1976. Mr. and Mrs. Sam Duggan standing outside of their business, Sam Duggan, The Chevrolet Dealer, located on Spence Field Highway. The window of the building reads, "Happy 51st Wedding Anniversary to Mr. and Mrs. Sam Duggan." Mr. Duggan moved to Moultrie in 1939 from Valdosta and founded his business in November 1939. Mrs. Duggan is the former Virginia Claire Carlton, daughter of John Bunyan Carlton and Ella Bell Morrison Carlton and granddaughter of John and Iola Morrison.
