- Colquit County, 1899. One of the water towers of the Georgia Northern Railway Company on the railroad line, which ran between Pidcock and Moultrie, Georgia, during the freeze of 1899. Note the frozen water on the sides of the water tower and the railroad engine at the left, which was fired by wood.
