- Colquitt County, Oct. 1971. Wally Byam Caravanner Club Rally of the National Campers Association held at Spence Field, which is three to four miles out of Moultrie on the Quitman Highway. Spence Field was an airfield during World War II. After the war it was used to train Air Force pilots and then commercial pilots before becoming the Municipal Airport. The trailers in the photograph are Airstream trailers.
