- Waynesboro, late 1920s. Carter-Munnerlyn home, located on Liberty Street. It was built by Alexander Carter (1751-1827). The home is said to be the oldest house in Waynesboro. President George Washington and Woodrow Wilson as a boy both stayed there. The structure was torn down ca. 1932.
