Clara was an experienced midwife as early as 1910. "Henry Jr. took this at Macon 1945 - of Aunt Clara Bran Brantley in front of her home 600 Clinton St. She was with me with all my children was born. She works with Dr - (as midwife) Her girl was teacher & nurse - five girls & and one boy (children) We call him Louis. 1940-""--from field notes
