- Macon, Sept. 1921. Helen Shaw Harrold, the wife of Dr. Charles Cotton Harrold, and two of her children, Mary Fogle Harrold and Charles Harrold. Mrs. Harrold was active in the suffrage movement and in politics. She was elected to a post on the Macon City Council in 1921, becoming the first woman to serve on the council. Note automobile.
