- Baldwin County, ca. 1940. Boykin-Whitaker-Walker-Shinholser-Giles house also known as "Boykin Hall" is located about 12 miles east of Milledgeville on Ga. Highway 24. It was built about 1830 for Dr. Samuel Boykin. Daniel Pratt is thought to have been the architect. The style is Federal.
