Two-story box-like concrete building featuring a projecting solarium entrance. The building is distinguished by pairs of slender two-story windows angled up toward each other at the top to give the impression of pointed Gothic arches which acknowledge the Gothic architecture of the State House of Georgia Military College. The angular effect is continued in the pentagonal tri-paned second-story windows of the solarium. For more information see Linley, John. Architecture of Middle Georgia: the Oconee Area.
