Two-story wood frame house on a brick foundation with hipped roof, featuring a one-story wraparound porch on three sides with a roof supported by slender square Doric-inspired columns and paired brackets. The porch is enclosed by a balustrade and entered via a brick stairway. The wide eaves over the second story windows are supported by closely spaced single brackets. Interior woodwork includes a freestanding curved stairway. The original owner was Fleming Jordan, a member of the Georgia State Legislature from 1841 to 1844. For more information see Linley, John.
