One-story wood frame house with an attic and a full basement story of whitewashed brick, featuring a porch with a flat roof supported by flat columns with corbelled caps, and shielded at the end by latticework for privacy and shade. The porch and Y-shaped porch stairway railings are a balustrade. The entrance is framed by sidelights and transom.
