One-story wood frame cottage on a raised basement of brick with attic, featuring a porch across the front of the house with pediment, supported by six fluted Doric columns. A central wide stairway with iron railings ascends to the porch, which is enclosed by a wooden balustrade. Triple full length windows open onto the porch. The gable roof has dormers at rear.
