- Located at: Highway 57, three miles from Irwinton, Ga.
One-story wood frame cottage with a porch across the front with tapering square columns on masonry piers. A delicate wooden balustrade encloses the porch. Fanciful Victorian lattice and scroll saw brackets descending from the porch roof between columns were either part of the original design or were added to relieve the classic severity, but in addition help to shade the porch. For more information see Linley, John. Architecture of Middle Georgia: the Oconee Area. Athens, Ga.: University of Georgia Press, c1972, p. 55.
