One-story stuccoed masonry building featuring a wood entablature and pediment supported by stuccoed masonry corner piers and two intermediate Ionic columns of wood. The pitched roof has pediments front and back. Emory College was located here from 1836 to 1919. The old site and buildings have been maintained as a Junior College.
