Two-story white-washed brick house on a stone rubble foundation, featuring a two-story portico with entablature supported by six square Doric inspired columns of stuccoed brick. The second story has been divided into small rooms. Renovation included oak floors and tile floor on porch. A former ell was demolished. Conversion to the fraternity house took place in 1935. A slave house of two rooms with a fireplace was at the back of the house, but was demolished after 1936. Ross Crane was the original owner, followed by Marks, the Elks, and S.A.E. Fraternity.
