Two-story transitional wood frame house on a foundation of brick piers, featuring a portico supported by four fluted Ionic columns, and with a balcony above the entrance. Both ground and balcony entrances feature fanlights and sidelights. The balcony is of wood with a sheaf-of-wheat wooden railing. For more information see Linley, John.
