Two-story wood frame house with a steep salt box roof. The foundation and chimneys are brick. The house is oriented to take advantage of the breezes in summer, which enter through wide doors to flow directly into all rooms. This house is on the same site and about a hundred feet away from the Jordan-Pierson Cabin. For more information see Linley, John. Architecture of Middle Georgia: the Oconee Area.
