Two-story wood frame house with attic, featuring a porch with decorative brackets and slender square columns and railings with post and ball on balcony and porch. The gabled roof has a forward facing eave with a semi-circular ventilator over two geometrically decorated window panes. The original owner was Dr. Luther Beeson, who was president of Georgia College at Milledgeville. Oral tradition relates that the architect was from New Orleans, La.
