One-story wood frame Victorian cottage featuring a gable with elaborate decoration and a gingerbread portal ventilator. Decorative braces and turned posts support the porch roof, from which hangs a sign reading "Studio 10," which may be Studio 10 Original Art, now at another location. Mollie Mealing was the proprietor of Studio 10.
