One-story wood frame house featuring a wrap-around porch with turned posts and gingerbread trim. The gables feature decorative cutwork and diagonal siding. The house has a central hall plan, and the high hipped roof is now covered in metal. The entrance features sidelights and transom. In 1914, J. G. Dickerson acquired the property from the Hunters and farmed the acreage. Dickerson sold mules and horses on Depot Street. After his death in 1953, his wife began to sell portions of the property, which now contains five brick houses. The house was subsequently owned and occupied by their daughter, Emma Lee Dickerson.
