Two story brick building with hipped roof and clock tower. Arches in the tower, windows and entrances are formed with rough hewn granite. The courthouse was built of locally manufactured brick and wood and granite from Oglethorpe County. For more information see Linley, John. The Georgia Catalog: Historic American Buildings Survey.
