- Description:
- Located at: Highway 441, north at Harmony Road, Eatonton, Ga.
Two-story wood frame Federal style house on a brick foundation, with a one-story hipped roof porch spanning the front. The porch roof is supported by six slender square columns on brick piers. The house was moved from Godfrey Road in Eatonton, and the porch may have been changed or enlarged at that time. The brick piers are a twentieth century construction. The landscape partially conceals the house from the road. For more information see Linley, John. Architecture of Middle Georgia: the Oconee Area. Athens, Ga.: University of Georgia Press, c1972, p. 107.
